This course is tailored for both students without prior chef qualifications and trained chefs alike, and aims to provide a comprehensive introduction to culinary skills and practices in the context of yachting.
The 5 day course prepares students who have no prior culinary experience for starting their hospitality career aboard the yachts.
The 3 day course prepares students who already have a culinary certification, focusing on the Land-to-Sea conversion, with a 1-day theory and 2-day practical including assessment.
Both the 3-day and 5-day are certified.
