Our diverse team of chefs and some of Cape Town’s restaurants best talent and professional yacht chefs collaborate with Stir Crazy cooking to provide one of the world’s most advanced short course cooking programmes. They’ll share their successes, challenges and tricks and tips with you throughout the course ensuring you get the best learning experience.
You’ll master creating infused foams, complex sauces, perfectly preparing fish, meat, and poultry to perfection and creating exciting desserts and pastries – all of which will be presented to a restaurant standard. Emphasis is on the use of seasonal produce at its best, sustainable food sources and utilising new and innovative techniques to bring out the best in the produce. We focus on creating rich and complex flavours and textures using tried-and-true techniques.
The course ends by culminating all the skills you’ve learned into a final dinner where we prepare an 8-course tasting menu for guests.
