South African Cooking Safari
The evening dinner with the chef providing a brief history of the country and cultural influences on the local cuisine. A selection of South African recipes is discussed and guests then select which recipes they’d like to prepare for the evening. The event comprising typical South African starters and main meals and ends with a selection of desserts. Guests can either participate in creating the dishes or can merely sit and watch as the chef and participants prepare the various recipes for the evening, ending in a sensational meal made from local fare, including a mixture of flavours from Cape Malay, African and South African cuisine.

Doors open 15 minutes before the start of the course.
Cooking classes cancelled within 48 hours of the class will forfeit the course fee.
