This course focuses on the preparation and variations of healthy, plant based meals for everyday consumption. With the proliferation of ready-made fast foods from retail outlets, returning to a healthy plant based and balanced eating programme is essential for restoring energy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We provide new inspiration as well as ideas for preparing your own easy-to-make meals at home, removing the challenges of combining various new ingredients. Come and learn the basics of plant based meals using a number of tried and tested recipes, as well as interesting flavour combinations.
