Mastering meats is a course that gets you understanding how to prepare various types of meats and how to prepare them in ways that suit the meat cuts and types. Participants get down to deboning, filleting and preparation of various cuts including chicken, beef, lamb, etc to meat preferences. We discuss meat stocks and glazes, and make a few delectable dishes that you can try again at home. Join our seasoned chefs who share the secrets and skills behind smoking, grilling and various other techniques that will make working with meat a simple task.

Doors open 15 minutes before the start of the course.
Cooking classes cancelled within 48 hours of the class will forfeit the course fee.
We occasionally post pictures of the courses and participants on social media. Please advise if you would prefer us not to upload pictures of you.
