We have carefully selected the best of these, which we offer in our Italian cooking course, including delectable pasta sauces, home-made gnocchi, chicken cacciatore, tiramisu and many other favourites to stimulate the senses. An Italian proverb states that “No one knows what is cooking in the pan better than the one doing the stirring”, or in other words, if you don’t get into the kitchen, you’ll never know how to do it like the Italians do it! Cooking classes cancelled within 48 hours of the class will forfeit the course fee.
We occasionally post pictures of the courses and participants on social media. Please advise if you would prefer us not to upload pictures of you.
