We cover the influences on each region, the available food types and a brief history of each area in the course. All foods are made from scratch, including the spice combinations and other authentic Indian delights! Bring the flavours of the Orient into your life by learning the secrets of Indian cuisine and getting to grips with the basic techniques that can be adapted to your kitchen.
