A barista’s main aim is to make high-quality drinks that taste good and make customers happy. It isn’t just about making a cup of coffee. Being a barista means having the technical skills and knowledge to create balanced, flavoursome and memorable beverages, including creating eye-catching designs.

Our 2-day Barista course sets you up to brew, pour and serve delicious coffee to customers.

  • The 2-day course is the introduction course to our 5-day professional barista course

This course is a must for anyone in the hospitality and service industry and people with an interest in the Barista Course such as:

Course Structure

The course provides practical learning in a hands-on environment and includes practical demonstrations, theory and hands-on practical participation in a live setting.

You’ll learn to master the exact measures for specific coffee types, timing, coffee pouring, preparing and foaming milk and coffee service.

The training course prepares candidates for both the theoretical and practical elements of the assessment.
