This course tackles some of the best, most authentic local street dishes from around the world.
Forget fine dining.
Across the globe, some of the best, most authentic local dishes are cooked right on the street. Typically, street food is tasty, ready-to-eat food or drink sold on the street, in a market, fair, park or other public place. It is sold by a hawker or vendor from a portable stall, cart or food truck. Some street foods are regional but many are not, having spread beyond their place of origin and enjoyed locally for their exotic or unusual ingredients and flavours.
Street food includes Dim Sum, amazing little treats served on the street such as crispy wontons, potstickers, duck pancakes and other delicacies, steamed to perfection and served hot with delicious dipping sauces. This course tackles tasty street food from around the world.
Each country has its own unique street food dish and each one is as tasty as the next. Street food is what sustains most of the world and is a staple diet for many commuters. Come and experience the world of International street food!

Doors open 15 minutes before the start of the course.
Cooking classes cancelled within 48 hours of the class will forfeit the course fee.
