When we speak curry, we don’t just speak heat, but rather focus on all the facets that make a great curry – the unusual ingredients you find in Asian curries, the myriad of spices in Indian curries and the mildness of South American curries. 
 
We’ll also bet that you didn’t know that curries are not limited to countries such as India and Malaysia, and are also popular in the US and South America. There are many varieties of dishes called ‘curries’. In original traditional cuisines the precise selection of spices for each dish is a matter of national or regional cultural tradition, religious practice and, also family preference.Come and join our Curry Festival class and experience different curries from around the world, mild or hot as you prefer, but all full of flavour!
