This course has been designed for people who would like to learn a few tricks of the trade in presentation and plating so that you can present professional looking cuisine at home. Working with chefs who have over 12 years’ experience in restaurant plating, this course focuses on various styles, ingredients and flavour combinations, making it the ideal course to add to your culinary repertoire.

The evening is an interactive demonstration class, so once you’ve been shown how, you’ll be actively involved in turning standard plates of food into masterpieces.

Doors open 15 minutes before the start of the course.
Cooking classes cancelled within 48 hours of the class will forfeit the course fee.
We occasionally post pictures of the courses and participants on social media. Please advise if you would prefer us not to upload pictures of you.
We strongly recommend you consider a  taxi service, like Bolt or Uber, as your choice of transport.
We have full bar facilities at the venue. Drinks for your course can be purchased at the venue.
