The Internship programme immediately follows the training course.

The Advanced Waiter Training course has been designed to teach waiters the lost art of service. The course is aimed at novice as well as seasoned waiters. Completion of this course will increase your job options internationally as professional service ambassadors are a scarce commodity.
The 5-day course provides all of the essential and advanced knowledge of working as a service ambassador in a restaurant or hotel. The theoretical & practical focuses will enable you to confidently fill a service position in any establishment. Students are taught a variety of skills, including silver service, wine appreciation, the service procedure, basic selling skills & recognizing body language. Successful graduates will be able to navigate any establishment confidently with the skills they learned from the Advanced Waiter Training Course
