Avo Chocolate Mousse

Standing/Marinating 60 minutes
Serves 4 portions
avo chocolate mousse
½ avo 1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp xylitol or caster sugar ¼  cup coconut milk
1 tsp honey
1 tsp coco powder


  1. Blend together until completely smooth, using an electric mixer, until light
  2. Place into the fridge to set.
  3. Serve with sliced strawberries
