All Things Chocolate Workshop
Master the art of chocolate tempering and gain the skills and confidence to satisfy your sweet tooth with delicious home-made treats.
Your chef will explore the attributes of various pastries and moulded chocolates on this hands-on course.
We begin with chocolate tasting, leading on to an overview of various chocolate making techniques. You will learn about the importance of tempering and be given the opportunity to try it as you create delicious products including:
Creme Brulee Moulded chocolates
Vanilla Bean Chocolate Truffles
Chocolate Pear and Almond tarts
Flourless Hazelnut Cake
Everything you make will be available for you to take home. The School of Artisan Food makes a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging. Students are welcome to bring their own containers to transport their food home.
