Stir Crazy Cooking Theatre hosts an exclusive Chef’s dinner once a month where our Superyacht Chefs prepare a delectable 5-course dinner for you in a working kitchen.
You’ll be in the thick of the action as our Superyacht head chef, Brett Nussey, takes our Superyacht Culinary Course chefs through their paces at this unique event. Witness these chefs show off their plating and presentation skills, challenge their culinary repertoire blend flavours into a delicious 5-course plated set menu to celebrate the end of their intense training course.
Occasionally we invite guest winemakers who present their top wines which are also available for purchase. A full bar service is available.
The dinner is hosted at the Stir Crazy Culinary Theatre in the Superyacht Training Academy, V&A Waterfront.

Doors open 15 minutes before the start of the course.
Cooking classes cancelled within 48 hours of the class will forfeit the course fee.

We strongly recommend you consider Uber as your choice of transport.
We have full bar facilities at the venue. Drinks for your course can be purchased at the venue.
