Sauces and dressings are an integral part of any culinary repertoire, and this course shows you how to create classic sauces and a few modern variations of flavours you’d never thought about before.
People often think of sauces as an afterthought, and very often it is. We teach you how to plan your sauces and accompaniments for every meal you’ll create, providing you with an armoury of flavours to impress your guests. Finish off your breakfast eggs with the perfect hollandaise, create a delicious beurre blanc for fish dishes and liberate your meats with a variety of options, including bearnaise, mushroom truffle or an elegant chilli-chocolate sauce. All dishes deserve great accompaniments, and there’s the best place to start.

Cooking classes cancelled within 48 hours of the class will forfeit the course fee.
