People often think of salads as something really boring and unsatisfying. The secret to making an interesting and tasty salad is to go beyond the tomato and cucumber. Salad does not have to be a bland bowl of greens, and this course shows you exactly how transform it into a delicious and nutritious meal. And if there’s only one thing in your kitchen’s going to be made from scratch, make it salad dressing. A good salad simply can’t exist without a great complimentary dressing.
