These days it has become popular for tapas or starters to replace a main meal, providing a myriad of different tastes instead of a single choice from the menu. Tapas are quick and easy, and can be styled and presented as pieces of art on a plate that are as good to look at as they are to eat. Learn how to create a variety of different lip smackers and how to present them in an appetising and attractive way.

Cooking classes cancelled within 48 hours of the class will forfeit the course fee.
