With the proliferation of ready-made fast foods from retail outlets, returning to a healthy plant-based and balanced eating programme is essential for restoring energy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We provide new inspiration as well as ideas for preparing your own easy-to-make low carb meals at home, removing the challenges of combining various new ingredients. We provide the basics of low carb meals using a number of tried and tested recipes, as well as solutions for interesting flavour combinations.
