Asian Fusion is our specialty; our passion and what we wake up to every day! We have been teaching students the cross-over of Eastern and Western food styles for the past 10 years, and we still love it! Aimed at individuals who love experimenting with tastes and playing with new presentation techniques, this course combines the bold flavours of South-East Asia with familiar Western tastes. The assault on the entirety of one’s tasting faculties is irresistible. The dishes excite the olfactory sense as well with aromas and scents – basil, coriander, lime leaf, garlic, lemongrass, ginger, cumin and chilli – combining and recombining in subtle variations with Western influences, creating stimulating and enchanting flavours. This course combines the best of everything – a must for anyone with a sense of flair and a small amount of creativity!
This course is aimed at the more advanced student, who loves experimenting with tastes and playing with new presentation techniques.
